Coast partners with Doddle to provide fast-track returns service

Coast is partnering with Doddle to offer customers free returns at more than 50 of its stores across the UK.

The arrangement will see customers’ refunds processed within three business days of returning an item. The current processing time for general Coast customers is between seven and 18 days.

Additionally, customers within London will have the option for Doddle to come to their home and collect their returns to Coast for £1.

Doddle CEO Tim Robinson said he was drawn to a partnership with Coast as it is a “well-known British label”.

“Quick and easy returns policies are critical to winning over online consumers, but it can be a challenge to optimise this process. Doddle is able to support retailers by making the returns process even quicker, for the benefit of the end consumer,” he continued.

Coast head of digital Emma Bonar added: “We want our customers’ online shopping experience to be as easy and hassle-free as possible. Working with a partner like Doddle allows us to do that.”
