Coco de Mer appoints former La Perla brand boss as managing director

Lingerie retailer Coco de Mer has appointed former La Perla brand director Lucy Litwack as managing director.

Litwack replaces former Arcadia brand director and retail consultant Jackie Naghten, who left in April after just five months at the helm.

Marketing director Louise Brassey, who has previously worked at Chanel, Burton Group and Arcadia, has also left the business.

Litwack was brand director at La Perla for two years, from 2012-14. She also headed up the branded lingerie, sleepwear and sports bra business for the catalogue and internet division of Victoria’s Secret for six years, based in London and New York.

“Coco de Mer is legendary. There is a great team already in place and I’m thrilled to be leading them into the future and continuing to bring Coco de Mer’s exclusive blend of unashamedly luxurious erotica to the UK and beyond,” said Litwack.

Coco de Mer, which was bought by sex toy etailer Lovehoney in 2011, revamped its standalone store on Monmouth Street in Covent Garden last November and plans to relaunch its website, www.coco-de-mer.com, later this year.
