Calling all brands and agents - what is happening in your market?

Are you a fashion brand or agent dying to know how the sector is performing?

Drapers has launched its’ first-ever Brands Market Report in association with software specialist K3. The report will take an in-depth look at the branded fashion sector, and we want you - the brands and the agents representing brands - to fill out our survey.

With an austerity hit high street squeezed like never before, a successful strategy at home and abroad is vital - as is the need to differentiate your product offer to stand out from the competition on an otherwise saturated high street.

The survey is open to brands across every sector – menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories and lingerie – and to fashion brand agents.

This is your chance to gain an invaluable insight into how the your sector is performing today, as well as identifying its potential for the future.

The report will give you the low-down on what’s making fashion brands tick when it comes to product ideas and inspiration and will ask how important inovation is in order to stand out from the competition. With a greater preference for short-order and in-season buying, we’ll also ask how revelevant the traditional seasonal model remains.

Sales strategies are going through a period of change with greater numbers of fashion brands choosing to open their own stores. So we want to find out whether you’re prioritising wholesale or retail, and how you’re looking to tackle foreign markets, be that on-the-ground selling through stores or with an online presence.

And with more and more fashion brands diversifying their sourcing base as a direct result of rising costs in traditional manufacturing powerbases such as China, we’ll tell you where in the world brands like you are currently sourcing and where they are looking to up their production.

On top of that we’ll break the results down by sector and price-point to flesh out the finer details of how brands are operating at every level of the branded fashion market.

As if all that wasn’t enough, by filling out our survey you could also be chosen to attend our round-table discussion on the topic in April, which will provide a forum for thought leadership and networking.

So come on, make sure you fill out our survey today. It’s just a click away.
