This was echoed by the attendees at Drapers Multichannel roundtable.

Meanwhile, Veryexclusive.co.uk managing director Sarah Curran told Drapers in the report’s second video interview, “The content question”, that content should be focused around shopping as the “main goal” and that “there is such a thing as too much content”.

There are big changes happening within the market, but there remains one constant: the customer is at the heart of it and very much in the driving seat.
