In an era of such digital advancement, it’s sometimes nice to hold in your hands something tangible that captures your attention.
And that’s just what happened when Loake’s sales book landed on my desk this week.
It’s nothing flash, the photographs aren’t shot by the coolest new photographer and there’s no hot young thing draped across a chaise dangling a shot from their finger tip. But what it does do is show the reader what the brand’s good shoes look like, is organised and feels proper, as they say in my neck of the woods. A million times better than a half-baked digital lookbook any day.
