Are you an outstanding fashion business, employing the stars of tomorrow? Or are you a line manager nurturing the best talent out there? Well, it’s time to shine the spotlight on that talent by nominating them for Drapers’ 30 under 30 talent search.
Here at Drapers we’re passionate about promoting the next generation of the UK fashion industry’s rising stars. Over the past seven years, merchandisers, buyers, garment technologists, entrepreneurs, store managers and those in many other fashion roles nationwide have joined the glittering ranks of Drapers’ 30 under 30.
We are now open for entries for our annual list, to be published in print and online in January, and we want employers to get involved and celebrate the amazing talent within their businesses.
Nominees need to be aged 30 or under, with a proven track record of using their skills to give your business the edge. They can work in any area of fashion from buying and merchandising to design, in technical and digital roles, retail/store operations, sales and marketing, and many more. If you are unsure whether or not the person you would like to nominate qualifies, then just ask. The essential criteria is that they love what they do, and that they are brilliant at it.

Becoming one of Drapers’ rising stars could not be easier. To enter an employee or line report, simply email email@example.com with the following:
Company nominations – If you are nominating someone in your company, an employee, line report or colleague, then we will need to know their full name, job title, age and date of birth, a list of previous positions and experience held and 200 words on why they should be included. We will also need their contact details.

You have until October 16 to get in touch and successful applicants will be contacted in November. They will then be invited to a group photo shoot in December and be profiled within Drapers’ first issue in January as one of our 30 under 30, all of whom will be invited to an exclusive dinner in January. Lastly, they will be invited to our Next Generation careers event in April.
