A successful initiative over the past seven years, in 2018 we are looking to evolve the event and take it to the next level. The fashion industry is currently experiencing challenging times, so finding and retaining talent to drive the business forward in this tough market is more important than ever.
Fashion businesses are also striving to succeed in a multichannel world and, to do this, are looking to find new skills to bring into the business, particularly in the digital sector. Next Gen 2018 will aim to reflect the trend of changing organisational structures and the introduction of new roles.
We are doing this by moving to a new venue and introducing a multi-stream approach allowing us to delve deeper into the individual challenges that delegates face with targeted content and discussions.
As well as retaining the big industry leaders as speakers throughout the day, we will also introduce interactive sessions to give delegates even more to take away from the day, and to allow partners more one-to-one time with the audience.
