Indie watch: Weavers Door, Liverpool

I love discovering a great new independent store and recently came across a little hidden gem in the back streets of Liverpool city centre.

Weavers Door is a menswear store jam packed with a well-edited selection of knock-out brands exclusive to the city that is slowly but surely raising the style stakes of Liverpudlian men; think Folk, Norse Projects, Sandqvist and YMC.

The Journal

The Journal

Not only is it a great looking store with some of the most knowledgeable staff in the city, it has also launched its first edition of the Weaver’s Door Journal, a neat little quarterly magazine created to run alongside the spring, summer, autumn and winter in-store drops.

Definitely worth a look here, as is the shop the next time you’re in that neck of the woods.

  • You should get yourself down to Moustache in Swansea. One of the longest running independent stores - fantastic brands from Ralph and Belstaff to Acne and YMC.

    Fantastic staff to boot!
