This year’s Drapers Fashion Forum will focus on boosting productivity and investigating what the fashion retail landscape will look like in a year, five years or 10 years’ time.
The forum will examine what retailers will be focusing on and investing in; adapting organisational structures; streamlining supply chain and back-end operations; how the store will function alongside digital platforms; how consumers will be shopping and on what platforms; and, ultimately, how retailers can future-proof their business to survive and thrive.
Don’t miss the morning power talks, where titans of fashion ecommerce will share their wisdom.
Fred Stierlin, vice-president of shared services at Burberry, will discuss how the business is repositioning itself for luxury customers in an ultra-competitive market, while Kenyatte Nelson, chief customer officer at Missguided, will speak about the best way to drive efficiency and adopting a start-up mentality.
There will also be a series of debates on key issues, such as store portfolios where Mary Homer, CEO of The White Company, and Ben Barnett, CEO of TFG Brands London, will discuss how many stores are too many and how can you improve the productivity of your stores.
