Mainstream womenswear and accessories show CPD plans to revamp its format for the autumn 11 edition in February.
The news comes as the show, which ran from July 25 to 27, saw visitor numbers drop 0.9% to 17,000, compared to 18,700 visitors last year.
The Igedo Company, which organises the event, is expected to announce further details of the new look show in September.
Philipp Kronen, managing partner at Igedo, said: “For several months now we have been working with our team on an altered exhibition format for 2011. Due to the lead-time required here implementation will only be possible in the second half of the year.
“With the forthcoming event in February 2011 we therefore re-define the trade fair and provide it with a new basis.”
The next show is due to be held from February 6 to 8.
The latest show saw 480 exhibitors, including 40 newcomers, showcasing 950 collections, which is 5% up on the same show last year. Kronen said: “Most of our exhibitors posted a good to very good CPD although visitor numbers did not quite fulfil our expectations.”
The figures are also down on CPD’s autumn 10 show, held in February, which reported a 2% rise in visitor numbers to 20,000.
