Designers collaborate with Disney to reimagine Cinderella's glass slipper

Nine luxury shoe designers have collaborated with Disney to reimagine Cinderella’s glass slipper ahead of the release of a live action film inspired by the fairy tale on March 27.

The designers working with Disney are Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Nicholas Kirkwood, Charlotte Olympia, Paul Andrew, Alexandre Birman, Rene Caovilla, Jerome Rousseau, and Stuart Weitzman.

Each brand created an interpretation of the glass slipper Cinderella loses. The collaborations will be unveiled at the Berlin International Film Festival on February 13 and will be available to order through retailers across the world, including Harrods in the UK, from March 3.

Shoes by Manolo Blahnik and Christian Louboutin will also be part of the display, but will not go on sale.
