Diesel global warming ad is hot off the press

Italian fashion brand Diesel launched its spring 07 international advertising campaign this month, which is centred on the issue of global warming and the effect that rising sea levels could have on shoppers' everyday lives. The campaign will run for six months in print and on billboards and is the second that Diesel has shot with photographer Terry Richardson. Diesel creative director Wilbert Das said the new ads aimed to offer a challenging point of view on particular aspects of society. One shows a woman returning home from a London shopping trip on a speedboat, with much of the city submerged behind her.
