DKNY has relaunched its website through Farfetch’s Black & White platform, redesigned with agency Wondersauce.
The site features Farfetch’s proprietary technologies including intuitive navigation, seamless checkout, individualised messaging, wish list features, a localised homepage and a fully responsive mobile platform.
The brand will manage its own product fulfilment and offer same-day shipping in New York City, London, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, and eventually Manchester, with consumers able to pick up and return products directly in stores.
The new site coincides with the launch of DKNY’s spring 17 campaign. DKNY is the first American brand to partner with Farfetch’s Black & White division, which was created in 2015 to provide technology and solutions to brands and retailers.
