Dominic Chappell ‘faces director ban’

Dominic Chappell, founder of Retail Acquisitions, which bought BHS for £1 in 2015, a year before it collapsed, could face being banned from serving as a director.

Business secretary Greg Clark started procedures against Chappell and his father Joseph this week, The Times reported.

Lennart Henningson, who was also part of Retail Acquisitions, was also reported to have been named.
