  • This company needs flesh blood at many levels, not least buying and buying management, all too comfortable, a big shake up and re focus of the brand is required, someone who has exposure outside the Debs bubble. Good Luck to Michael Sharp in the future, he has certainly given his pound of flesh to Debs over the years, however as CE he inherited a dead duck and the only legacy was debt from the previous incumbents, who did what they do best and stripped any value out of it. I'm sure it will be somewhat of a relief for him when he does shut the door and move on with fresh impetus to pastures new.
