Duffer saved in buyout deal

Streetwear brand Duffer of St George has been rescued from administration by the brand's management team.

A newly formed company called Nihoco 3493 has bought Duffer of St George from Manchester-based administrator MCR.

It is unclear which of the management team are directors of the new company. However, Duffer is expected to make an announcement next week regarding the future strategy of Duffer of St George.

Separately, young fashion brand Maharishi has appointed corporate adviser Baker Tilly to advise on a sale of the business.
