Dune and Russell & Bromley take La Senza’s Oxford Street stores

Footwear retailers Dune and Russell & Bromley have signed for La Senza’s two Oxford Street stores.

Dune has signed for the lingerie chain’s 2,000 sq ft store east of Oxford Circus and Russell & Bromley has taken the 3,500 sq ft store on the western end of the street.

Savills acted on behalf of the administrator and CWM acted on behalf of Dune.

La Senza administrators PwC have had “a great deal of interest” from high street chains and multiples for the defunct lingerie retailer’s stores.

La Senza is to cease trading in the UK, with the remaining 22 stores earmarked for closure over the next two months.

Out of an initial 55 shops, 33 have already shut since the retailer went into administration in July.
