Maag joins Dunhill after a 10-year stint a Burberry where he held the positions of chief executive for Europe, Middle East, India, Africa and the Americas and senior vice president of menswear, amongst others.

Prior to joining Burberry, Maag held senior positions at Limited Brands, Donna Karan, Gap Inc., GFT and Saint Laurent Rive Gauche.

Cardinali left the company on January 5 after three years in the role.

A spokeswoman for Dunhill said: ”Over the past three years Fabrizio has played a key role at Alfred Dunhill and we would like to thank him for his endeavour and contributions, we wish him every success in the future.”
