Ede & Ravenscroft awarded fourth royal warrant

Tailor Ede & Ravenscroft has been granted a fourth royal warrant, with the latest warrant awarded for its services to tailoring.

The tailor already holds three royal warrants as robe makers to Queen Elizabeth II, The Duke of Edinburgh and The Prince of Wales. The newest warrant will be incorporated into the existing one from the Queen.

Philip Thomas, director of tailoring at Ede & Ravenscroft said: “We are proud to have been granted a  Royal Warrant from Her Majesty the Queen for tailoring and to continue our heritage of providing the highest levels of craftsmanship.”

There are around 850 royal warrant holders, which signify individuals or companies who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to the royal family.
