London-based womenswear label Fenn Wright Manson has launched a transactional website in response to customer demand. Shoppers can now order online from the new mail-order section of the site, which previously only displayed look-book images. Fulfilment for the home shopping operation will all be done in house. The brand's spring 07 range reflects a shift away from an occasionwear focus, which previously accounted for 80% of its offer. It now offers a more balanced casualwear range in an effort to drive sales growth through lower-priced day-to-day clothing and accessories. The brand has 58 concessions in department stores such as John Lewis and House of Fraser, as well as four standalone stores, in London's King's Road and Marylebone, Windsor in Berkshire and Richmond in Surrey.
