Ethical brand Beaumont Organic opens store

Ethical clothing brand Beaumont Organic has opened a flagship store in Manchester, marking its first foray into bricks and mortar.

The organic fashion line has also set up its headquarters at the location, at 49 Hilton Street in the city’s Northern Quarter.

The store will display its full clothing collection as well as host workshops and events, including sessions on macramé [the art of knotting string in patterns] and nutrition.

Beaumont Organic was founded by Hannah Beaumont-Laurencia in 2008. It is stocked in 35 UK stores and 45 across Europe, with accounts in the US, Japan, and Canada.

Its UK stockists include independent retailers Collen and Clare in Southwold; Hall & Co in Otford; The Dresser in Gloucestershire; Nola in Brighton; and The Keep in London.

It will also launch online with US womenswear and homeware retailer Anthropologie for spring 18.
