Ex-Jigsaw CEO joins Size?

Former Jigsaw chief executive Chris Stephenson has been appointed managing director of JD Sports Fashion-owned footwear fascias Size? and Footpatrol.

Stephenson joins the Bury-based business from Jigsaw, where he was interim CEO for six months.

Drapers exclusively revealed that Stephenson would be stepping down at Jigsaw on 28 January.

He was global president of the activewear division at Pentland Brands but left in 2018, when the company restructured its executive team. He held the role at Pentland from January 2017 and was previously chief executive at Pentland-owned rugby brand Canterbury from 2008 to December 2016.

The JD Sports Fashion Group has more than 1,100 stores in the UK, including shoe fascia Size? and sneaker chain Footpatrol.

Drapers has contacted JD Sports Fashion for comment.
