Exclusive: Oasis appoints new head of digital

Oasis has appointed LK Bennett’s ecommerce director, Liam Price, as its new head of digital, Drapers can reveal.

Before his role at LK Bennett, Price worked at Warehouse for four years as digital trading manager and head of digital. He has also held roles at New Look, Arcadia and John Lewis.

In his new role, he will report into chief operating officer Hash Ladha. Price replaces Briony Garbett, who is leaving to start a new position.

Ladha said: “Briony has been instrumental in the digital growth of Oasis and, more recently, in our customer proposition through marketing and PR. Under Briony’s leadership, the digital team won Drapers Digital Team of the Year in 2017, a moment the business is hugely proud of. We wish Briony great success with her future.

“I am very excited about welcoming Liam back to the group. He is a hugely talented individual and was part of Drapers 30 Under 30 a few years ago. When he left we always hoped he would one day return. I am very pleased he is returning, as he is the perfect person to lead the Oasis digital team going forward”.
