Fanclub, the licensed T-shirt arm of streetwear label Vacant, has agreed a deal with PepsiCo Inc to produce a range of vintage-style T-shirts using the US drinks company’s logo.
The T-shirts feature nostalgic Americana-style Pepsi advertisements and will be delivered on short order with Fanclub’s other licences, which include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Bazooka Joe.
The range is being launched exclusively in young fashion chain Urban Outfitters for autumn 08 but a full collection of men’s and women’s styles is slated for a launch at the
next edition of trade show Pure at Olympia in London on February 8-10.
Fanclub will be shown alongside the Vacant and Pretty Vacant brands in Pure’s young fashion section, Spirit. Fanclub has appointed Robin Woodhouse Agency to handle its UK sales. Prices range from £8 to £16.Call 01273 414334 for more details.
