Farfetch, the independent etail platform, is expanding its new offices at The Bower on Old Street roundabout in London.
The company is taking a further floor of the nine-floor building, according to Property Week. Farfetch has agreed a lease for the 12,260 sq ft sixth floor, having already agreed to take the fourth and fifth floors when leasing began on the redeveloped site at the end of last year.
In April this year, Farfetch founder José Neves told Drapers it would be moving to a new head office in Old Street by the end of the year to bring its current two offices under one roof.
The 150-strong UK team has been split between a head office on Goswell Road in Clerkenwell and a second office on Basinghall Street near Liverpool Street station. The Old Street base will be six times larger than the Clerkenwell office to accommodate its ever-increasing head count.
It has not yet been confirmed when the move to the new office will take place.
