Fenwick hires former Selfridges buying manager

Fenwick of Bond Street has appointed Paul Baptiste, former buying manager at Selfridges, as accessories buying manager.

Baptiste worked at Selfridges from 2013 until 2015. Before that he was operations and buying manager at The Shop of Bluebird from 2008 until 2013.

Leo Fenwick has also been promoted from head of concessions at Fenwick Brent Cross to menswear buying manager for the group. He will continue to develop Fenwick’s own label offer.

Both roles are newly created and ill report into Adam Kelly, director of buying and merchandising.

Meanwhile, Sinead Archetti has been appointed head of marketing and communications, having previously been global head of communications and marketing at Zac Posen in New York.

In March, David Walker-Smith resigned from his role as managing director of Fenwick of Bond Street. A spokeswoman told Drapers he is not being replaced.
