F&F poaches BHS managing director

BHS managing director Richard Price is leaving the business to take up a senior role at Tesco’s clothing arm F&F.

Price has held the role at the Arcadia-owned business since 2012 and was previously trading director at Marks & Spencer for seven years. He was merchandise manager at Next for 15 years from 1989 until 2005.

A spokeswoman from Arcadia said: “I can confirm that Richard Price has decided to leave BHS, with his departure date yet to be finalised. We wish Richard every success in the future and thank him for his contribution to BHS during his time with us.”

Price’s exact job title at F&F is not yet known, but it is thought he will become chief executive of Tesco’s clothing business.
