Fossil appoints executive vice-president

Fossil Group has appointed former Pandora chief merchandising officer, Beth Moeri, as executive vice-president of portfolio brands.

In her new role Moeri will be responsible for managing Fossil’s licensed jewellery and watch brands, which include Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani, Diesel, Kate Spade New York, Michael Kors and Tory Burch.

Moeri was previously vice president general merchandise manager for Yankee Candle and spent 10 years at accessories retailer Claire’s, where she rose from buyer to vice-president divisional merchandise manager.

“Beth’s ability to immerse herself in brands, her extensive experience in the accessories industry and her results-driven leadership style will profoundly strengthen Fossil Group,” said Kosta Kartsotis, chief executive of Fossil Group.

Moeri said: “The inclusive, collaborative and innovative culture at Fossil Group aligns tremendously with my personal work style.”
