Fred Perry to open new HQ

British heritage brand Fred Perry is to open a new 24,000 sq ft head office on the corner of Mount Pleasant and Warner Street in London.

The project, designed by Shoreditch based architects BuckleyGrayYeoman, will renovate and extend three 19th century warehouse buildings into offices, showrooms and exhibition space. The project will complete in 2016.

Fred Perry is currently based in Covent Garden.

Paul White, director of BuckleyGrayYeoman, said: “This is way beyond the traditional idea of a workplace, and will give Fred Perry a place to display and talk about their brand with showrooms and a gallery forming an important part of the function of the building.”
