French brand Tara Jarmon plans European growth

French fashion chain Tara Jarmon is to open a store on London’s Bond Street as the brand plots its European expansion.

According to the Independent on Sunday Tara Jarmon plans to open at least three stores in the UK as the brand expands across Europe with 12 new stores.

Tara Jarmon has previously wholesaled in the UK and is stocked at indies including Cambridge contemporary womenswear indie Boudoir Femme and Foundation in Cheltenham.

The brand and retailer, which has been compared to womenswear retailer Hobbs and premium chain Jaeger, was launched by Tara Jarmon and her husband in 1995.
