Head of sales at young fashion brand Duck and Cover Gareth Jones left the business last week after three years in the role.
Ashwin Shah, managing director of Duck and Cover, said the business was “restructuring” its sales arm and more changes may follow Jones’ departure. “Once sales is sorted, there may be more [changes] as we try to get the business back to where it was, but I can’t confirm at the moment.”
Shah declined to comment on the exact nature of Jones’ departure, but emphasised that the decision to bring in a new head of sales had been mutual. “The decision was made by me and Gareth; it wasn’t working for either of us anymore,” he explained.
Duck and Cover is currently looking for a replacement.
Jones joined the company in May 2011 from heritage brand Henri Lloyd, where he was fashion director.
