Harold Tillman has been appointed chairman of The Ethical Fashion Forum, the industry body that represents stakeholders in the sustainable fashion industry.
Tillman was formerly head of Jaeger and Aquascutum and was chair of the British Fashion Council for five years to 2012.
“I have been following The Ethical Fashion Forum and the work they do for a number of years and was keen to get more involved,” Tillman explained. “I’m very passionate about sustainability and increasing best practice of where and how things are manufactured.
”I also think there is a big opportunity for UK manufacturing at the moment, particularly given Brexit.”
