Harold Tillman exits Calvetron Brands

Harold Tillman is leaving his position as strategic advisor to Calvetron Brands, the owner of womenswear labels Jacques Vert, Precis, Windsmoor and Dash.

In June, Tillman headed a consortium of investors in buying the business, then known as Style Group Brands, in a pre-pack administration deal.

Since the acquisition, Tillman has overseen the implementation of the transition plans and the appointment of new CEO, Peter Ridler.

Haseeb Aziz, director of Calveton, said: “Harold’s extensive experience of the retail sector and his guidance has been enormously helpful to the business. With the business now well established, led by a very experienced CEO in Peter Ridler and supported by a capable leadership team, the company is confidently looking forwards to a successful future.”

Former CEO of Calvetron Shaun Wills left the business in October after two years at the helm.

The business appointed Will Wright and Rob Croxen of KPMG as administrators on 2 June.
