Harrods opens its Shoe Heaven

Harrods opened the doors of its new 42,000 sq ft. footwear department today (August 4).

The new space, designed by David Collins Studio, is three times the size of the department store’s previous footwear area and houses 17 boutiques from designers including Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Chanel, Christian Dior, Gina and Louis Vuitton.

Fifty additional brands, including Nicholas Kirkwood, Sophia Webster and Rupert Sanderson, will also be displayed around the hall, located on the fifth floor of the store.

The Shoe Heaven will be managed by Harrods’ shoe partner Kurt Geiger.
