Harvey Nichols has launched its first loyalty programme, which will reward customers for every pound spent instore or online when the new app is presented.
Rewards by Harvey Nichols gives shoppers one point for every pound spent in the UK, in-store or online, and in any UK Harvey Nichols bar or restaurant.
The more purchases a customer makes the more rewards they receive. Gifts range from a smoothie to a Botox treatment or a Champagne dinner for four at Harvey Nichols’ OXO Tower.
Four different customer tiers are available: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black. A customer is assigned a tier according to their spend. To add points, customers can either show their member ID barcode at the till or scan in their own receipt.
