Hawes and Curtis upsizes at Centre:MK

Hawes and Curtis has taken a new store at Milton Keynes shopping centre Centre:MK following a £10m refurbishment of its Sunset Walk area to create a new premium quarter.

The British shirt brand is upsizing to a new 1,800 sq ft store and has also been joined at the centre by premium bath brand Molton Brown.

The centre’s co-owner Hermes Investment Management is set to invest a further £60m over the next three years, aiming to update the centre for the 21st century. The project, entitled ‘Reimagining an icon’, will deliver enhanced digital facilities, an additional car park and further renovations to the centre.

The next phase of the redevelopment will focus on the Deer Walk area of the centre, with work on a new 1,400 space car park also commencing this spring. The investment will also introduce a new centre:MK app, website and social media platforms, as well as enhanced digital signage throughout the centre.
