Hermès names Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski artistic director of womenswear

Hermès has appointed Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski as its new artistic director of womenswear.

Vanhee-Cybulski was most recently women’s design director at The Row, the label launched by Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen in 2006, and has previously held positions at Céline and Maison Martin Margiela.

She replaces Christophe Lemaire, who is leaving Hermès after four years to focus on his eponymous label.

Lemaire’s last collection, for spring 15, will be shown during Paris Fashion Week in October. Vanhee-Cybulski will produce her first collection for Hermès women’s for autumn 15.
