H&M looks to offload Oxford Street store

H&M is seeking to jettison the lease of one of its stores on London’s Oxford Street, close to Bond Street station.

The fast fashion giant is actively marketing the store at 360-366 Oxford Street in London, which is close to Forever 21, property sources told Drapers.

“They are looking to sell the lease, price allowing, because they already have so much space close by,” one agent said.

H&M has a number of stores nearby, including at 174-176 Oxford Street, 259 Oxford Street, 260-366 Oxford Street and 234 Regent Street.

H&M declined to comment.
