H&M will double the size of its store at Willow Place in Corby, while TK Maxx will redevelop its store layout at the shopping centre.
H&M has signed a new 15-year lease and will double the size of its shop to 22,000 sq ft at the centre, refitting the store to offer the full range of kidswear, womenswear and menswear.
TK Maxx, meanwhile, has extended its lease to 2031 and will redevelop its 30,000 sq ft store.
Asset manager Sovereign Centros is preparing the next phase of retail development in “thriving” Corby town centre, on the former Crown House office site, which is now known as the Market Walk East development.
It will include additional retail units and car parking.
