H&M's Arket reveals second store location

H&M Group’s new fascia Arket has revealed the location of its second store, which will open in Copenhagen following the retailer’s global launch in London later this year.

Arket, which means ”sheet of paper” in Swedish, will make its debut in the former Banana Republic unit at 224 Regent Street in London in the autumn. The store will offer own-label fashion and selected third-party brands, complete with an in-store café.

It will launch online in 18 countries at the same time.

The second store will be located at Købmagergade 33 in central Copenhagen, which was built in 1733 and served as headquarters for the Royal Danish Mail until 1912 and then became a local post office.

Stores in Brussels and Munich will follow.
