House of Fraser extends click-and-collect cut off point

House of Fraser has extended the cut off point for next day click-and-collect orders from 10pm until midnight.

Customers will be able to pick up their shopping from midday the next day, according to Drapers’ sister title Retail Week.

Rival Debenhams has a 7pm cut-off point for pick up from midday, while John Lewis orders have to be in by 8pm for pick up from 2pm.

Chief customer officer Andy Harding said this latest move repositioned HoF as “having the best delivery proposition in the market”.
