House of Fraser launches new menswear brand

House of Fraser has launched a new menswear outdoor and lifestyle brand Army & Navy.

The brand takes its name from the Army & Navy chain of department stores founded in 1871 and established by military officers.

The collection features a range of “performance outerwear” including waterproof jackets with sealed seams, concealed pockets and detachable hoods available in forest green, navy and black, inspired by traditional Army & Navy camouflage.

The collection also includes twisted yarn knitwear, zip-up fleeces in both heavyweight Borg and micro fleece, cotton graphic print t-shirts, checked shirts and weatherproof cargo trousers with detachable shorts and military detailing.

Prices range from £10 for accessories including ribbed hats and lambswool scarves to £125 for jackets.

Army & Navy will be stocked in 24 House of Fraser stores nationwide, including branches in London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast and online at from October 27.
