Hummel links up with Swear

Directional fashion footwear brand Swear is to collaborate with eccentric sportswear brand Hummel for autumn 08.

The main fashion footwear range will include three men’s styles on a single elongated last with a pointed toe shape, and one women’s style.

“We’ve also produced our first ever technical football boot,” said Swear owner José Neves. “It is designed for indoor football and is also part of the collaboration. Hummel produces football kit for international teams such as Afghanistan and Tibet, so we tapped into its expertise.”

Other styles include a technical handball shoe in distressed leather and contrast colours. The collaborative range is priced from £39 to £100.
Swear has also taken on the global licence for directional Japanese shoe brand To&Co, which has three stores in Japan.

The first To&Co collection to be distributed by Swear, which will launch for autumn 08, will feature six styles in four colourways, with prices from £34
