Hunter’s chief commercial officer, Wendy Svarre, will be leaving the brand at the end of June after nine years.
Svarre joined Hunter in 2008 as CEO of the US business. Sallie Scripter, who recently joined the business as executive vice-president Americas, will assume leadership of the Americas region with immediate effect.
Vincent Wauters, Hunter CEO, will assume responsibility for the CCO role.
Scripter spent 10 years at LVMH working as senior vice-president for both retail development and ready-to-wear at Marc Jacobs International, before being appointed as president of footwear boutique brands for the Jones Group.
Hunter’s design director, Niall Sloan, will be leaving the brand on 16 June to join Escada in the same role. Sloan has been with Hunter since 2013 and played a key role in delivering new styles that have been commercially well received. The brand said a successor will be appointed soon.
The brand has appointed former director of customer experience at Uniqlo, Tracy Solomons, as its first customer engagement director.
Solomons, who spent seven years at Uniqlo, will be responsible for driving growth and optimising the customer’s brand experience at Hunter. She will oversee omnichannel customer engagement including responsibility for ecommerce, retail, merchandising and digital marketing.
