Cornish surf brand Finisterre opened its first flagship store in London’s Covent Garden on Monday (November 24).

The 1,500 sq ft shop is spread across two floors and stocks the full Finisterre collection, as well as surf boards from Al Merrick, Gulfstream and Quiver.

It also stocks exclusive prototypes of the new Finisterre wetsuit, currently undergoing testing ahead of its autumn 15 launch, from January 2015.

Finisterre founder Tom Kay said the store opening was a chance to showcase the values that have underpinned the brand - craftsmanship, durability and longevity - since its launch in 2002.

Finisterre is seeking international wholesale accounts for autumn 15.
