Primark has unveiled its newly refurbished store on Dublin’s O’Connell Street.
The retailer has been trading as Penneys from the shop since 1992 and initial refurbishment, which was started in September 2015, was phased to allow the store to continue trading during work.
The store now totals 51,600 sq ft of retail space over three floors.
Primark has 302 stores across 10 countries including 36 in Ireland. Primark opened its first US store in Boston last September, followed by its second in the King of Prussia mall, Philadelphia, in November. It plans to open six further stores in the US 2016 and 2017.
