Topshop and Topman will open their second-largest flagship today (November 5) on New York’s Fifth Avenue.

The 40,000 sq ft store is at number 608 on the corner of 49th Street, next door to the Rockefeller Center.

The landmark four-storey building (including the basement), built in 1931, features art deco detailing on the upper floors. Topshop occupies the top three floors, while Topman is in the basement.

The first floor is 9,100 sq ft and will house Topshop’s Unique line, Boutique, accessories and Topshop Beauty.

Shoppers will be able to pick up denim, casual pieces, petite, knitwear and outerwear on the 9,800 sq ft second floor. The third floor is 9,200 square feet and houses tailoring and workwear.

Topman, which has 8,900 sq ft of retail space, has designed 80 exclusive premium pieces available only from the Fifth Avenue store for the launch.
