Investors acquire Manchester retail park

Orchard Street Investment Management has acquired Altrincham Retail Park in Greater Manchester from the Crown Estate for £63.05m.

Eight miles from Manchester’s city centre, the park covers 218,760 sqft across 13 retail warehouse units, and features two standalone restaurants.

It also accommodates 927 car parking spaces.

The park’s current tenants include TK Maxx and Mothercare, and Orchard Street says it attracts four million shoppers annually.
