Italian womenswear brand Paloma opens in Wales

Italian womenswear brand Paloma has opened its first store in Wales at the St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff.

The 2,000 sq ft store is located on St David’s Grand Arcade and stocks womenswear and accessories. It marks Paloma’s second store in the UK, joining an existing store in Brighton. The brand is planning further UK stores in key cities.

Mandhir Shukla, operations director of Paloma said: “St David’s, Cardiff is a fantastic opportunity for Paloma. We will benefit from being in a destination with a significant regional draw, whilst at the same time maintaining a feeling of independence that is very important to our customers.”

St David’s, which is a joint venture between Intu and Land Securities, is anchored by John Lewis and is also home to Marks & Spencer, New Look, H&M, Primark, Hugo Boss and Vivienne Westwood stores.
