It’s all about Eve for Crea Concept

French contemporary womenswear label Crea Concept is to launch a dedicated eveningwear sub-brand for spring 14.

The collection, called Eve, will complement Crea Concept’s existing mainline, which will be scaled back from around 250 pieces to 200 to make way for the new 30 to 35-piece range.

“The collection will mainly be two colours – black and a dusty pink rose – and will include dresses, knitwear and a few trouser styles,” said showroom manager Paulette Cohen.

Crea Concept will target the new range at existing stockists, including department store Liberty and independent womenswear retailers such as Northeast mini-chain Jules B and Eden in Nottingham.

Cohen said the brand would also target new – so far unnamed – stockists.

Wholesale prices are yet to be decided but will probably be in line with the mainline, which ranges from £25 to £125.

Eve will be sold from the Crea Concept showroom on Eastcastle Street in central London.
